Our staff have all previously worked as technicians for large Pest Control companies where unrealistic work loads and sales targets are constantly pushed which can lead to lack of on site time and sales reps over selling. Culm Environmental believes in giving a good quality service and taking time with each customer. Good service shouldn’t come at a premium but as standard. Service contracts- The point of having a pest control contract is for insurance, in the knowledge that you will be covered for all types of pests. Most firms provide a standard contract for mice, rats and cockroaches, with an additional cost for having more pests included, such as wasps, ants, fleas and others. If you have this type of standard contract, you will incur additional costs for call outs for pests which you are not covered for. Culm Environmental include all pests as standard in it’s contracts (only excluding birds) - so no extra costs to worry about. Value - Because Culm Environmental has it’s own pest equipment catalogue, our prices are set along with our hourly rates and we do not have any Sales Reps giving unwanted sales pressure. Our overheads are lower compared to larger pest control companies, so these benefits are passed on to the customer. We are confident that you will find our prices excellent value.
